June 2008 – NaturalInsight Debuts Expanded Capabilities
- NaturalInsight announces enhanced work validation and tracking capabilities for managing large-scale projects in multiple locations. New functionality options include an easy-to-use photo-based verification system that collects and files before-and-after project images, and an automated check-in system that provides real-time monitoring and reporting of workers’ onsite arrival for time-critical projects.
April 2008 – NaturalInsight Announces Certified Partner Program
- NaturalInsight announces the launch of its Certified Partner Program, which engages partner organizations in mutual commitments and joint efforts in marketing, training and business development programs. With the announcement of its first two Certified Partners, NaturalInsight will immediately integrate DemandVoice’s innovative voice infrastructure hosting solution, and begin offering Omega Solutions’ outsourcing and other cost-saving options for human resources functions and services.
February 2008 – Cogent Acquisition, New Presence in UK
- NaturalInsight announces the acquisition of Cogent Technologies, innovative provider of Internet and mobile enterprise software. The acquisition extends NaturalInsight’s strength and flexibility, and also expands its availability to Cogent customers in the United Kingdom market. The move also allows NaturalInsight to integrate MobileDataPro, Cogent’s solution for collecting and synchronizing data from handheld devices in the field.
Feb 2008 – HDA Merchandising Introduces NaturalInsight to National Workforce
- The major book and magazine publisher HDA Merchandising rolls out NaturalInsight as its new scheduling and communication tool for its 1,100 field representatives. Servicing more than 2,800 retail locations across the country, the St. Louis-based organization’s workforce will begin using the Web-based resource to schedule, monitor and report on projects in the field with unmatched speed and accuracy.
November 2007 – NaturalInsight Launches New Brand
- NaturalInsight unveils its new, comprehensive brand identity and marketing materials. The unified new messaging refocuses NaturalInsight’s benefits and unique value propositions for key audiences. New communication resources include an enhanced, streamlined website, print and Web advertising, assorted marketing collateral and trade show displays. Brand launch measurably increases market visibility and recognition.
September 2006 – TDLinx Partnership
- NaturalInsight joins the TDLinx Enabled Network by integrating TDLinx Location Information Management (LIM) content into its distributed workforce management solution. NaturalInsight’s solution integrates cutting-edge scheduling, reporting and project management solution with TDLinx’s industry-leading LIM technology for retail and on-premise location data. The result: an unparalleled solution that eliminates manual, time-consuming activities and enables quick turn-around on in-store marketing initiatives.
April 2006 – NaturalInsight releases Video Training
- Showcasing the flexibility of NaturalInsight Workforce Management software, South49 Solutions announces the addition of project based Video Training. Project administrators now have the option of adding short educational videos to individual project instructions. With thousands of users accepting work assignments every month this additional feature ensures instructions can be communicated clearly with a minimum of effort.
February 2006 – NaturalInsight releases data gateway API
- South49 Solutions product team releases a data API allowing partners and third party provider’s access to the dynamic hosted database tools of NaturalInsight. With this new gateway data can be sent directly into NaturalInsight with formatted databases instantly configured. Authorized users may then use data and report creation tools to view, report and export collected information.
January 2006 – NaturalInsight adds Remote Workforce Scheduling Features
- In a major expansion of South49 Solutions' remote workforce tools, an extensive suite of job scheduling features are released.
Companies may now use the dynamic NaturalInsight Auto Scheduler to match field job opportunities to the closest staff, using the NaturalInsight Geo Locator service. Job opportunities are offered to the closest staff, who can accept, decline and/or schedule the work on their own personalized Web-based digital dashboard.
December 2005 – NaturalInsight adds 2,000+ users to Remote Workforce Tracking Services
- In a major expansion into the remote workforce marketplace, South49 Solutions announces that 2,000+ users have personalized dashboard utilities, allowing them to manage their work through the Web. With NaturalInsight's job scheduling, services--- communication, data input, reporting and survey features--- companies may now offer secure Web-based tools to workers in the field or with home offices.
December 2005 – NaturalInsight Introduces Web- Based Surveys
- With expanded NaturalInsight data capture tools, South49 Solutions is pleased to announce the addition of Web Survey Data Capture to complement the NaturalPhone speech data capture service. Customers now have the option of phone or Web response capabilities, both feeding into the dynamic NaturalInsight data utility.
August 2005 – NaturalPhone Adds Address Capture
- South49 Solutions continues to expand it's portfolio of business tools with an automated address capture service. Inbound marketing campaigns now can quickly locate customer addresses, to cost effectively build customer marketing databases.
June 2005 – Intelligent Fax Services Launched
- South49 Solutions launches an Intelligent Fax service, capable of automatically filing fax documents with customer or client records. This innovative service eliminates paper and allows thousands of fax documents to be stored, retrieved and archived, all with simple on-line tools.
May 2005 – Phone Locator Services Launched
- NaturalPhone services are expanded with cost effective phone locator services. Using zip codes or local town names, callers are directed to local business and can have their call automatically forwarded. Curves customers in Atlanta and Chicago are now able to locate the closest Curves facility.
April 2005 – Capango Data Services Launched
- South49 Solutions launches Capango Data Services. This real time data service provides hosted integration of customer data from phone and Web-based systems. The new service provides a unique capability not available from other providers. With dynamic online tools, clients can develop a survey, create formatted output, and schedule regular reports.
March 2005 – South49 Solutions Merges with EFP Solutions
- South49 Solutions agrees to merge with EFP Solutions, adding sophisticated Web site development and support to its growing list of services. With this merger, Eric F. Pfleckl, principal of EFP Solutions, joins South49 Solutions as Director, Web Services.
January 2005 – South49 Solutions Acquires Capango
- South49 Solutions adds secure Web-based communication services with the acquisition of Capango. This new hosted communication solution allows businesses to purchase both phone and Web communication services from one company. Paul E. Carney, founder and chief architect of Capango, joined South49 Solutions as Senior Director, Technical Services.
June 2004 – Expanded Facilities Support Continued Growth
- South49 Solutions signs a long-term lease for expanded facilities in Northern Virginia. With this new facility, the company will continue to provide premium client care, as well as providing expanded facilities to handle the growing number of businesses using South49 Services.
March 2004 – NaturalPhone.com Communication Services Launches
- South49 Solutions announces the completion of beta testing and launches its new NaturalPhone product for general availability. This speech recognition phone service provides business owners an unparalleled set of communication tools and services.
May 2003 – South49 Solutions Launches
- Senior Executive creates a new service company bringing hosted tool and technology solutions to businesses. Stefan T. Midford, former Chief Operations Officer of Intersections Inc., heads the new venture which focuses on providing advanced technical solutions to businesses.
